Pennsic War approaches, and yet again I must prepare

What is Pennsic? So glad you asked! Basically every summer thousands of NERDS (<3) gather in a field in Pennsylvania and camp like we’re in the middle ages. Some people have modern tents, some have canvas, some have crazy builds that are erected and torn down every year. Everyone wears clothing that could have been worn in some time and some place pre-1600s (roughly). And somehow, despite this being my third year going, I have once again managed to lose all my garb. YAY I get to sew more!

Since Pennsic is…..only 56 days away, I have to keep things fairly basic. My plan is to make a variation of a simple T-tunic. I’ll aim to make at least 3 of these dresses. I’ll also need some roman garb for the annual roman-themed party, and potentially a skirt/shirt combo to fight in. (Did I mention I also fence?)
